Deputy Regional Manager - Southern United States (Atlanta Area)​

Cross-Border Logistics, Last-Mile Delivery, Warehousing & Fulfillment​ We are seeking a results-driven Deputy Regional Manager to help lead our Southern U.S. operations. This role will oversee regional sites, last-mile delivery networks, operating teams, and business performance, while supporting network expansion and key regional decisions.​ Key Responsibilities​ Support the development and execution of regional business and operational plans to achieve service-quality, delivery-time, cost, and financial targets.​ Lead multi-site and cross-city operations teams; establish effective business reviews, performance-management processes, and issue-resolution mechanisms.​ Optimize site coverage, line-haul connections, last-mile delivery operations, and carrier management to improve delivery success rates and operational efficiency.​ Manage regional costs, budgets, and labor productivity; identify and lead cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement initiatives.​ Support new-site launches, organizational development, and hiring for key positions during rapid business growth.​ Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Warehousing, Finance, and headquarters teams to resolve major customer-delivery and operational issues.​ Identify operational risks and build contingency plans to ensure reliable execution during peak seasons, severe weather, and other unexpected events.​ Qualifications​ 5+ years of experience in U.S. logistics, parcel delivery, last-mile delivery, warehousing/distribution, or transportation-network management.​ Experience managing multi-site, cross-city, or regional teams.
