This position balances direct outbound selling with cross-property sales strategy, account management, and coordination with each property's General Manager to maximize corporate, group, and small meetings business across the portfolio's combined room and meeting inventory. Key Responsibilities Lead and personally drive new business development across all assigned properties through proactive outbound sales efforts, including cold calls, site visits, and networking Conduct regular outside sales calls and local prospecting across each market to build a strong, diversified pipeline of corporate and group leads for the portfolio Develop and grow negotiated corporate accounts, local business travel, and small-to-mid-size group segments, allocating business to the best-fit property based on location, space, and rate Drive meeting room revenue across the portfolio by actively selling to companies for trainings, board meetings, and small events, and by cross-selling between properties when one location can't accommodate demand Package and upsell food & beverage offerings (e.g., coffee breaks, breakfast, boxed lunches) across properties to increase total revenue per group Respond quickly to RFPs and inquiries for all three hotels, converting leads into booked business with a strong focus on closing Maintain a high level of client interaction, including site tours, relationship-building, and repeat business development across multiple markets Track all sales activity, pipeline, and account production across the portfolio using CRM and property management systems, maintaining visibility into performance by property Partner with each property's General Manager to align pricing and sales strategies based on demand and market conditions specific to that location Ensure smooth handoff and execution of group business with operations at each property, staying involved through the event as needed Represent all three properties in local networking groups, chambers, and business associations to generate leads across markets Prioritize time and travel across properties based on where revenue opportunity and pipeline activity is greatest Performance Expectations Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and production goals across the full portfolio, as well as by individual property Maintain a consistent volume of weekly sales calls and client appointments spanning all assigned markets Achieve strong conversion ratios from lead to booking at each property Grow repeat and referral business within each local market Increase total account value through rooms, meeting space, and F&B upselling across the portfolio Balance sales effort and resource allocation fairly and effectively across all three properties Qualifications 3+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably in select-service or limited-service properties, with prior multi-property or cluster sales experience preferred Proven track record of individual sales production and closing deals, ideally across more than one property or market Strong ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and self-direct across multiple locations Local market knowledge in each assigned market, with the ability to quickly build a book of business in new territories Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with multiple General Managers and property teams Key Skills Proactive prospecting and pipeline development across multiple markets Closing and negotiation Relationship-driven selling Strong time management, prioritization, and travel planning across properties Working knowledge of small-scale food & beverage sales tied to meetings Ability to strategically allocate leads and business across a multi-property portfolio Work Environment Highly self-managed and performance-driven role Lean team structure with minimal administrative support at each property Frequent travel between properties; significant time spent outside the hotels generating business Requires flexibility to shift focus and schedule based on shifting priorities across the portfolio Compensation Bonus opportunities tied to total portfolio revenue Standard benefits, /travel allowance, and brand-related travel discounts
