SALES MANAGER

(OAHU)

Job Summary:

We are a long-standing, well-known product development company seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for motivating staff through contests and promotions, expanding our customer base, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Establish and monitor the success of sales goals and performance standards
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Promote and sell our diverse product lines
• Expand customer base via new accounts
• Manage and lead the sales team, providing coaching, motivation, and performance feedback
• Create motivating sales contests, promotions, and activities to encourage staff achievement

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals with strategic thinking skills
• Experience managing a team in a sales environment
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and backgrounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Highly motivated with strong leadership qualities
• Previous outside sales or travel industry experience preferred
• Current Driver's License with an acceptable driver's abstract
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
