Previous experience in tire sales, rim sales, automotive sales, or a tire shop office is required. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling sales, answering phone calls, preparing invoices, processing payments, scheduling services, and maintaining office and inventory records.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person and over the phone Sell new and used tires and rims Provide accurate pricing and product information Understand tire sizes, rim sizes, and basic vehicle fitment Prepare invoices, receipts, and work orders Process cash and card payments Schedule customer services Maintain customer, sales, and inventory records Keep the front office organized Provide professional and friendly customer service

Requirements:

Must have previous tire, rim, or automotive sales experience Strong knowledge of tire sizes and rims Strong sales and customer service skills Good computer and office skills Dependable, organized, and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills
