Qualified candidates would have a history of 5+ years of consistent experience managing a Sales Team in the building products industry. Market knowledge and local network of industry professionals is a prerequisite for this position. You are a top-notch, detail-oriented person that will establish and maintain relationships to support current Sales staff, You pride yourself on thinking through the details, communicate and lead the daily Voice the Customer (VOC) /Variance Meetings. You must have experience in a business to business, home builder or a manufacturer of building products supporting the home builder.
