About the Role As our Sales Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of Residential Sales Consultants while driving measurable improvements in sales performance. You'll spend your time coaching in the field, conducting ride-alongs, reviewing sales opportunities, developing your team, and building leadership systems that allow the sales department to perform at a high level without constant owner involvement. You'll be the leader responsible for helping good salespeople become exceptional sales professionals. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop the Absolute Painting sales team Conduct weekly ride-alongs and one-on-one coaching meetings Improve team close rate, on-the-spot closing, net sale per lead issued, and overall sales performance Reinforce our sales process through consistent coaching and accountability Review sales calls and presentations and provide actionable coaching Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop future Sales Consultants Conduct weekly sales meetings Maintain department scorecards and KPIs Address underperformance quickly and constructively Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Model Absolute Painting's core values in every interaction How Success Is Measured Winning in this role means producing results through your team.
