Job Description
About One Door One Door is a profitable, established enterprise SaaS company whose platform runs retail merchandising and in-store execution for some of the largest carrier and retail networks in the world. We have a strong product, marquee customers, a real pipeline into Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 telecom carriers and retail banks, and no outbound sales engine yet. That is the job. The Role You will carry your own quota and personally hunt enterprise deals from day one while building the sales organization. We are looking for someone who can set a meeting with the head of retail operations at a top-ten bank or a national wireless carrier without a warm intro, and then run that deal to close. If you are living off inbound leads today and want to keep doing that, this is not the role for you. What You Will Do Own a personal new-ARR quota and prospect, qualify, and close enterprise deals with Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 telecom carriers, retail banks, and large retail networks. Build the outbound motion from scratch: target account lists, sequences, messaging, and pipeline discipline. Work hand-in-hand with the ownership group and CEO on territory design, comp plans, sales process, and go-to-market strategy. Own forecasting and CRM hygiene; report pipeline, conversion, and attainment to the board. Partner with Customer Success on expansion and renewal strategy across existing carrier accounts. Represent One Door at industry events and in executive-level customer conversations. What You Bring 7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales with a documented record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota, including at least 2-3 years as a player-coach or first-line manager. Proven track record selling enterprise SaaS into retail operations at Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 telecom carriers and retail banks; existing relationships with retail, channel, and branch-network leadership strongly preferred.
Demonstrated outbound skill:
you have built pipeline from zero and can show it. Experience selling to heads of retail operations, store experience, channel, merchandising, or branch networks, rather than to IT or the CIO. Comfort with six- and seven-figure ACV deals, 6-12 month cycles, multi-threaded buying committees, and procurement. Experience hiring and developing early-career SDRs and AEs.Builder mentality:
you want to create the playbook, not inherit one. Ability to work on-site in our Dedham, MA office five days per week and travel roughly 5-15% to customers and prospects. Nice to Have Background in retail execution, merchandising, store-ops, or digital-signage software (e.g., Zipline, Reflexis, Movista, Repsly, or similar). Experience at a company that went through a sale, recapitalization, or private-equity ownership. Familiarity with the Australian and international carrier landscape. Compensation & Structure Base salary: $130,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.On-target earnings:
$250,000 - $300,000, with no cap on variable compensation. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Why This Role Most sales-leadership jobs are either pure management at a big company or a lottery ticket at a seed-stage startup. This is neither. You get a profitable company with real logos, a product that works, an ownership group that has built and sold companies before, and a blank sheet to build the sales org the way you think it should be built. You will be in the room for every decision that matters, and you will share in the outcome. How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume and a short note if you'd like.
