Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Valid Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license issued by the state of Maryland. At least five years of professional experience in insurance sales or agency management. Deep understanding of the local Laurel insurance market and its unique regulatory landscape. Strong track record of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams. Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities for networking within the community. Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems and data analysis software. Responsibilities Oversee the daily sales operations to ensure we are meeting our growth goals while maintaining our service standards. Mentor and guide your team members, helping them develop their skills and find their own success in the industry. Develop and execute local outreach strategies that position The Atlantic District as the preferred choice in Laurel. Analyze sales metrics regularly to identify new areas of opportunity and adjust our strategies accordingly. Cultivate meaningful partnerships with local business leaders and community organizations to expand our reach. Manage complex client inquiries and serve as the final point of contact for significant business accounts.
