At Sanders Diamond Jewelers, every interaction is guided by professionalism, care, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do About the Role Sanders Diamond Jewelers is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and serve as a key member of our leadership team. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching others, driving results, and delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate leads from the showroom floor, inspires those around them, and understands the level of service that sets an independent jeweler apart. Working closely with ownership, you will oversee daily sales operations, develop team members, establish performance goals, and help guide the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve monthly sales goals. Create realistic monthly sales goals using store performance data and monitor results through consistent coaching and accountability. Develop team members through ongoing coaching, accountability, and professional training. Facilitate outside training programs and ensure new strategies are successfully implemented. Deliver an elevated, relationship driven client experience while actively contributing to showroom sales. Oversee daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, workflow coordination, and service standards. Manage repair intake and ensure a seamless client follow up experience. Partner with ownership to execute business priorities and operational initiatives. Prepare sales reports, bonus tracking, and performance updates for ownership and accounting. Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of fine jewelry sales experience. Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience as a Sales Manager, Store Manager, or Operations Manager within a fine jewelry environment. Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate high performing sales professionals. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that increase revenue. Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with active selling on the showroom floor. Experience with repair intake, customer follow up, and daily retail operations. GIA, AGS, AJP, or other jewelry industry credentials are highly preferred. Demonstrated career stability and professional growth. Reliable transportation is required. Are able to perform appraisals
Compensation & Benefits:
$55,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonuses available for meeting personal and store goals. Health benefits available. 401(k) with company match. $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
