If you're a relationship builder, strong networker, and driven business developer who enjoys being out in the community creating new opportunities, this could be the opportunity for you! What You'll Do Develop and execute a territory strategy to generate new business Build relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, contractors, and other referral partners Prospect, meet with, and educate key decision-makers Develop strategic referral partnerships Generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth Build long-term relationships and become a trusted restoration resource in the community What We're Looking For Experience in B2B sales, commercial sales, or business development Strong networking and relationship-building skills Confident communication and presentation abilities Self-motivated and results-driven Excellent follow-up and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Industry experience is a plus, but not required! Experience in insurance, construction, restoration, facilities management, property management, healthcare, education, or commercial real estate is especially helpful.
