Director of Marketing and New Community Development $75,000 - 85,000/year | Full-Time Position Crosstown Landing | A Silvercrest Community The Director of Marketing and New Community Development will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive the growth, engagement, and brand awareness of our company in Andover, Minnesota. The Director will be responsible for fostering relationships with external stakeholders, referral sources, community organizations, businesses, and local influencers to drive interest and generate leads. Wage range of $75,000 - 85,000/year, with experience considered. Bonus potential in addition to salary. How You Will Make an

What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years in a sales and marketing position, preferably in real estate, senior properties, or hospitality services. At least 1 year of supervisory experience in housing, assisted living, or senior service settings.
