is looking for a sales-driven Fitness Manager to lead the Personal Training business within our club. This is a full-time management and sales position combining Personal Training sales, membership sales, client relationship management, trainer oversight and day-to-day leadership. You'll work directly with the General Manager to grow the business, develop the training team and deliver an exceptional member experience. Fitness industry experience is preferred, but not required. Proven sales ability and leadership potential matter more.

The Role:

Sell URGE Personal Training programs and services Conduct consultations and present training solutions to prospective clients Consistently follow up with leads and prospective clients by phone, text and in person Proactively approach members, start conversations and create sales opportunities Oversee URGE Personal Trainers and the Personal Training client experience Help drive trainer productivity, client retention and department performance Handle daytoday Personal Training management responsibilities Work closely with the General Manager to grow club revenue and achieve company objectives Maintain professional followup, reporting and accountability for results This Is a

Sales Position:

Fitness Managers are given specific, measurable monthly sales and performance goals and are expected to consistently achieve them. Success requires someone who is comfortable making a high volume of calls, following up repeatedly, approaching members, discussing money, overcoming objections, asking for the sale and closing business. If you're uncomfortable approaching people, asking for business or being held accountable to monthly numbers, this is not the right position for you. If you're competitive, outgoing, persuasive and motivated by turning conversations into results, there is significant opportunity to earn and grow at URGE.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, on-site management position. Flexibility is required based on club and member demand, including evenings and either Saturday or Sunday based on club needs.
