Job Description
Personal Training Sales Manager The Top 4 Duties of a PTD are to act as a:
- Team Builder responsible for hiring, training and continually developing a full, ethical, and professional team
- Customer Service Guru ensure ongoing client loyalty and grow the client base
- Head Trainer monitor the trainers to ensure the quality of their service (our product) is maintained at the highest possible level
- Sales Leader continues to generate new clients and service existing ones like a superior PTC What We Expect from
You:
- To have mastered the requirements for PTC and APTD and possess the skill, confidence, and leadership necessary to take full responsibility for your club's PT department.
- To embrace being judged on the performance of your entire team (not just your personal production) and the fact that you can only succeed if they succeed.
- To set ambitious standards by your performance and your conduct, and to inspire everyone on your team to follow your example.
- To see that sales staff is professionally trained and given a fair chance to succeed, and then hold them accountable for achieving the required Qualified Invoice thresholds.
- To take a genuine interest in what motivates each of your sales team, trainers, and clients, and to help them achieve their objectives.
- To develop and promote future Pro Results leaders.

- Keys to Success / Advancement
- Uphold and support Pro Results policies positively and enthusiastically.
- Consistently maintain at least $200 of Contract to New Member and positive EFT rollforward with minimal Lost Invoice.
- Maintain a minimum of 45% of goal on the QSR and/or consistently write $27,000 or more per month in Qualified Invoice.
- Line up personally each day as well or better than your best team member demonstrate the daily discipline necessary to consistently excel.
- Continually develop and promote top performers Trainers to Master Trainers, PTCs to APTDs and APTDs to PTDs. Train all day, every day. We can all use daily reminders and guidance.
- Take full ownership of your own success along with that of your staff and clients.
- Live by the 13 Fatal Errors and study the Multi-Unit Manager materials prepare to think and plan at the next level.
- Be firm, fair and friendly if you need to discipline staff. Earn and keep your staff's respect.
- Exude confidence, and you'll inspire confidence. Dream big and inspire your people to do the same. You will never be better than you can imagine.
