ENT & Vein Practice We are a ENT and Vein practice seeking a motivated, polished, and relationship-driven Business Development & Community Outreach Manager to expand our presence throughout the communities we serve. This is not a traditional office-based marketing position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the community, building relationships, opening doors, and developing long-term referral partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing two major areas of our practice: community outreach partnerships and physician/professional referral relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach & Partnerships Develop and grow relationships with organizations throughout the community, including: Municipalities and local government organizations Police departments Fire departments Department of Public Works (DPW) School districts, teachers, administrators, and school personnel First responder organizations Community organizations and local employers Unions and professional organizations Senior communities and other organizations that may benefit from ENT services The Business Development Manager will identify opportunities for the practice to provide educational programs, screenings, seminars, priority access to ENT care, and other community-based initiatives. Physician & Professional Referral Development Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the region, including: Primary Care Physicians Pediatricians Family Medicine and Internal Medicine practices Dentists and Oral Surgeons Urgent Care Centers Audiologists Allergy practices Pulmonologists and Sleep Medicine providers Other physicians and healthcare professionals who regularly encounter patients requiring ENT care The goal is to make our practice a trusted and accessible ENT resource for both referring providers and their patients. What You'll Be Doing You will actively represent the practice in the community, schedule face-to-face meetings, visit physician offices and community organizations, develop new referral relationships, maintain existing relationships, identify new outreach opportunities, coordinate events and educational programs, and consistently follow up with referral partners. You will also work closely with practice leadership to develop targeted business development strategies and track outreach activity, referral sources, new relationships, patient referrals, and overall growth. This position requires someone who is comfortable getting out from behind the desk and developing business. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Highly personable, professional, and outgoing Comfortable meeting physicians, administrators, municipal leaders, police and fire leadership, school officials, and other community decision-makers A strong communicator and relationship builder Organized and persistent with follow-up Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Able to identify opportunities and turn introductions into long-term relationships Comfortable being accountable for measurable business-development results Experience in healthcare business development, physician relations, medical sales, community outreach, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or healthcare marketing is strongly preferred. Existing relationships with physician practices, municipalities, school districts, police/fire departments, unions, or community organizations are a major plus. Success will be measured through tangible results, including: New physician referral relationships Increased referrals from existing providers New municipal and community partnerships Meetings and presentations with targeted organizations Outreach events and educational programs New patient volume generated through business-development efforts Consistent documentation and follow-up of outreach activities Why Join Us? Monday-Friday with occasional early morning or evening community events
