Job Description

Sales Manager - Island Powersports Massapequa, NY | Full-Time Island Powersports is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our team and help take our dealership to the next level. If you're a proven automotive, motorcycle, or powersports professional who knows how to lead a sales floor, structure deals, develop a team, and step into F&I when needed, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do  Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed goals  Manage the sales floor and create an outstanding customer experience  Structure and close deals while maximizing dealership profitability  Handle F&I responsibilities as needed, including lender approvals, contracts, and protection products  Work with leadership on inventory, pricing, merchandising, and promotions  Develop your team and create a culture of accountability, energy, and success What We're Looking For  3+ years of automotive, motorcycle, or powersports sales/management experience  Sales management and/or F&I experience  Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills  Experience working with lenders, structuring deals, and securing approvals  A competitive, positive, hands-on leadership style  Someone who enjoys the powersports business and wants to grow with a successful organization Why Island Powersports?
