STUDIO SALES MANAGER
The Tox | Beachwood, Ohio Full-Time | $45,000 Base + Performance BonusTHE ROLE
The Tox is a rapidly growing luxury wellness brand redefining body sculpting through proprietary techniques, exceptional results, and an elevated client experience. We are seeking a driven, energetic, highly organized, sales-focused Studio Sales Manager to help lead the day-to-day client experience, drive studio revenue, and build The Tox's presence throughout the local community. This is a hands-on, in-studio sales and front desk leadership position . The Studio Sales Manager works directly with clients, supports daily front desk operations, keeps the studio organised, helps keep the team focused on established goals, and actively participates in local events, partnerships, and community outreach. The right person loves wellness, loves sales, is exceptionally organised, has strong follow-through, and is comfortable balancing client-facing responsibilities with the day-to-day needs of a busy studio. You naturally look for opportunities to turn great client experiences, local relationships, and community exposure into repeat business and studio growth.SALES & REVENUE
Revenue growth is the primary focus of this position. The Studio Sales Manager is responsible for: Driving the studio toward revenue goals established by Leadership. Creating energy and urgency around daily and weekly sales objectives. Actively selling sessions, packages, memberships, add-ons, retail, and other studio offerings. Educating clients on The Tox experience and recommending appropriate services and frequency. Supporting client retention through strong service, communication, and follow-up. Executing promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives established by Leadership. Identifying sales opportunities throughout the client experience. Coaching and encouraging the studio team around sales conversations, package presentation, and rebooking.FRONT DESK & CLIENT EXPERIENCE
The Studio Sales Manager is an active member of the front desk team and regularly participates in daily studio operations.Responsibilities include:
Booking, rescheduling, and managing appointments. Rebooking clients before they leave the studio. Maintaining an organized, polished, and elevated front desk environment. Resolving routine client concerns and escalating issues to Leadership when appropriate. Maintaining strong knowledge of The Tox services, packages, policies, promotions, and brand standards. Creating a welcoming, high-energy environment that makes clients want to return.ORGANIZATION & STUDIO EXECUTION
Organization and attention to detail are critical to this position. The Studio Sales Manager is responsible for helping ensure the studio operates smoothly and maintains The Tox's elevated standards.This includes:
Keeping the front desk, retail area, client areas, and shared studio spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready. Keeping appointments, client communication, follow-ups, and front desk responsibilities organized and current. Following established processes, checklists, SOPs, and studio standards. Communicating operational needs, issues, or incomplete tasks to Leadership promptly. Helping create a professional, calm, organized, and high-performing studio environment.TEAM LEADERSHIP
The Studio Sales Manager helps create a positive, accountable, sales-focused studio culture.Responsibilities include:
Setting the tone for professionalism, hospitality, organization, urgency, and accountability during each shift. Coaching team members on client communication, sales conversations, rebooking, and package presentation. Helping ensure front desk responsibilities and studio standards are consistently followed. Interviewing potential candidates as needed.EVENTS, PARTNERSHIPS & COMMUNITY OUTREACH
The Studio Sales Manager plays an active role in building The Tox's presence throughout Beachwood and the greater Cleveland community. This is not simply attending events. The expectation is to help create relationships and opportunities that introduce new clients to The Tox and ultimately contribute to studio growth.Responsibilities include:
Building relationships with complementary local businesses and other strategic partners. Proactively identifying local partnership and event opportunities. Supporting the coordination and execution of studio events, pop-ups, networking opportunities, and community activations. Attending and representing or scheduling staff for The Tox at local events as needed. Helping host in-studio events and partnership activations. Conducting local outreach and introducing The Tox to potential community partners. Helping convert event participation and community exposure into studio visits, bookings, and long-term clients. Representing The Tox professionally and consistently within the local community.INVENTORY & DAILY OPERATIONS
The Studio Sales Manager provides day-to-day inventory oversight and helps ensure the studio remains stocked and organized.Responsibilities include:
Overseeing routine inventory counts and organization. Monitoring retail products and studio supply levels. Communicating shortages, discrepancies, or inventory needs to Leadership. Helping ensure necessary supplies are available for daily studio operations. Supporting opening and closing procedures. Ensuring accurate use of Mindbody and other studio systems. Following company policies, SOPs, promotions, and brand standards.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE A
successfulStudio Sales Manager:
Understands the goals and priorities established by Leadership. Keeps the studio organized and operating at a high standard. Is comfortable being hands-on at the front desk. Creates urgency and energy around sales. Drives rebooking and supports retention. Keeps the team focused on the priorities. Builds relationships throughout the local community. Actively participates in events, partnerships, and outreach. Has exceptional follow-through and doesn't allow details to fall through the cracks.QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, wellness, beauty, fitness, retail, or another client-facing environment. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong sales ability and confidence presenting services, packages, and recommendations. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Energetic, outgoing, polished, and comfortable building relationships. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable coaching and motivating others. Comfortable representing The Tox at events and within the local community. Flexible availability or ability to schedule coverage, including evenings and weekends as needed for studio and events.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
