This is a prospecting-focused role responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and scheduling meetings that lead to new business opportunities. As a Business Development Manager at Talix, you will: Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting Initiate conversations with decision-makers and key stakeholders Qualify prospects and identify potential client needs Schedule appointments and discovery meetings for the sales team Maintain accurate records and activities within our CRM Help build and strengthen Talix's sales pipeline This is a dedicated hunter role, focused on new client acquisition, where success is measured by consistent prospecting, lead development, and securing qualified sales appointments. Duties/Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients Follow prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and social outreach Research companies and identify key decision-makers Qualify leads based on established criteria Schedule meetings and appointments for Account Managers Generate a consistent flow of sales opportunities Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM Follow up with leads and nurture early-stage opportunities Meet daily and weekly call and activity goals Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies Gather market intelligence and competitive insights Represent the Talix brand professionally during all prospect interactions

Preferred Qualifications:
