Job Description

Canton Motorcars | Mercedes-Benz Volvo Volkswagen Mazda Canton Motorcars is growing, and we're looking for a Sales Manager who loves the deal, loves the floor, and never stops getting better. You'll join our leadership team at the Canton Campus, representing Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Volkswagen, and Mazda. This role is for a hands-on desk manager, not a spectator. If you genuinely enjoy taking T/Os, getting in front of customers, and finding a way to put a deal together when a salesperson is stuck, we want to talk to you. We're equally interested in how you grow: the right person is always sharpening their own skills, learning new tools and processes, and turning that into better coaching for their team. Successful F&I experience is required. You need to understand how a deal is built from start to finish, structure it properly, and deliver the customer to the business office in a way that protects gross, compliance, and the customer experience. Experience with Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Volkswagen, or Mazda is a plus, but not required. We care most about strong automotive leaders with a track record of results. What You'll Do Take T/Os, desk deals, structure transactions, and close customers every day Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through consistent training and accountability Drive new and used vehicle volume, gross profit, and CSI Keep deals clean and properly structured before they reach F&I Monitor inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategy Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop sales talent Set clear expectations and hold the team to them Work closely with the General Manager and other department leaders Ensure dealership procedures and manufacturer standards are followed Lead from the front and stay actively involved on the sales floor What We're Looking For Successful F&I experience (required) Automotive sales management or desk experience A genuine love for T/Os and closing, with strong negotiation skills A self-starter who is always learning and improving, and brings that energy to the team Proven ability to develop salespeople into consistent performers Strong understanding of new and used vehicle sales and deal structure Ability to read sales performance data and act on it Professional appearance, strong customer-service skills, and a positive, team-first attitude Ability to work a dealership schedule, including weekends Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Canton Motorcars is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
