Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic District Manager to lead multiple store locations and brands within our organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing operations, driving sales growth, managing financial performance, and developing high-performing teams across your district. As a key leader, you will implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction across all stores within your district, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Manage profit and loss statements for each location, analyzing financial data to optimize revenue streams and control expenses. Oversee daily operations, including sales performance, inventory management, customer service standards, and compliance with company policies. Lead, develop, and motivate store managers and team members through coaching, training programs, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performance culture. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth and implementing effective sales strategies. Utilize Excel data analysis and other business intelligence tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with executive-level teams on strategic planning, operational initiatives, and organizational development efforts. Ensure consistent execution of customer service excellence standards across all locations in your district. Supervise project management efforts related to store renovations, relocations or new openings while maintaining operational continuity. Requirements Demonstrated knowledge of restaurant operations, execution standards, and strategies. A track record of developing associates for higher levels of responsibility. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience implementing solutions. Willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends as business dictates, and be on call 24/7. Position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be at least 19 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record. No more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years. No major violations in the past 5 years. Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 50-60 hours a week. Experience with a retail food company preferred. A minimum of 5 years of Jimmy John's operations experience with increasing management responsibility is a plus.

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
