Position Summary Territory Managers for Miller sell high quality, value-added adjuvants and nutritional products to agricultural distributors and retailers throughout the region. They also will work with growers to uncover needs and enhance crop production through solving problems with Miller products and to ensure a smooth sales process. The Territory Manager will work to find new sales leads through business directories, client referrals, trade shows, etc., to grow sales for thepany. The Territory Manager will have a proven passion for providing stellar customer service and a desire to assist growers of annual and perennial crops in improving quality and yield using Miller products and technologies. The Territory Manager will assist distributors directly and provide support to them in collaboration with our sales and marketing teams. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Actively engaged in assigned territory with PCAs, Growers, Distributors and Extensions Demonstrates deep understanding of the market in assigned sales territory Exhibits passion, energy and creativity in the sales and support of Miller products and objectives Results oriented and takes initiative, ovees obstacles, and finds creative solutions to challenges Demonstrated ability to effectivelymunicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, both in group and individual meetings Demonstrates confidence in representing Miller in customer and industry interactions Demonstrated ability tomunicate product clearly and concisely, market,petitive and customer data Demonstrated ability to track and iver on agreed to Key Performance Indicators Identifies opportunities for field research trials and collaborates with the Research or Regional Agronomist to coordinate and design test protocols that are clearly defined and aligned to business and market needs Makes sound agronomic rmendations to customers by presenting products and solutions to maximize customer oues Proactivelymunicates with Miller Chemical leadership regarding opportunities and obstacles in the selling process Represents Miller Chemical as the expert in non-hazardous crop protection products and nutritional agricultural chemicals Collaborates with Miller colleagues to iver on customer and Miller objectives

Specialized or Technical Knowledge/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Crop Science or similar agricultural, scientific/technical field of study preferred, or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years of experience in specialty agricultural product sales or development and marketing support Extensive knowledge of crop production and cultural practices Ability to travel as required by the Territory Clean driving record required Excellentmunication skills in English required but bilingual skills in Spanish is a plus Solidputer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Power Point a must Strong knowledge of sales in agricultural specialty products (adjuvants, specialty fertilizer, bio stimulants and pesticides) Demonstrated effective negotiation skills resulting in profitable growth Familiarity with CRM software and proven ability to use it as an enabling tool to manage and drive sales Key Competencies Summary Education Total Rewards J.M. Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as an applicant's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. U.S. Market-Based Salary Range Territory Manager, Oregon / Washington [$85,400.00 - $105,000.00] In addition to basepensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
