Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Inside Sales Manager (ONSITE only) with a proven track record in product-based sales (not services) to lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing inside sales team. You will be responsible for managing a team of at least five onsite sales representatives, driving B2B cold-calling, email outreach campaigns , and consistently maximizing lead conversions . This role offers a competitive base salary along with a high-commission structure paid monthly with no cap , rewarding top performers for exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate an onsite inside sales team (minimum of 5 team members). Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies for electronic components and products. Monitor team performance and track KPIs to ensure consistent overachievement of sales targets.
Drive outbound prospecting activities:
cold-calling, email marketing, and lead nurturing . Maintain a strong understanding of the product line and industry to support effective sales conversations. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine targeting and messaging strategies. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior leadership. Conduct regular training and feedback sessions to continuously improve team performance. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as an inside sales manager in a product-based sales environment (preferably electronics or related industries). Demonstrated success in managing and scaling high-performing inside sales teams . Strong experience in cold-calling and email marketing for B2B lead generation. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, energetic, and target-driven. Must be physically present onsite - remote work is not applicable for this role.
