J&M Homecare Services is looking for a professional, polished, and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our referral network throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. This is a warm-market sales role focused on two things: strengthening relationships with existing referral partners and developing new referral opportunities. You'll spend your time in the community meeting with healthcare professionals, maintaining key accounts, opening new doors, and turning strong relationships into continued growth. What You'll Do Maintain and grow relationships with existing referral partners and key accounts Identify and develop new referral sources and business opportunities Meet with healthcare providers, physicians, case managers, hospitals, and community partners Conduct in-person visits, presentations, networking, and community outreach Create strategies to increase referrals and expand J&M's presence Manage an active territory and referral pipeline Track outreach, referrals, and results using CRM systems Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service Partner with internal teams to ensure a positive experience for clients and referral sources We're Looking For 3+ years of sales or business development experience

REQUIRED
