Job Description
Business Development Manager Carmyn is an early-stage, high-growth energy transition startup building the foundation of our revenue engine, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who wants to grow with us. This isn't a plug-and-play role. You'll be the first individual contributor in the revenue organization, working directly on the highest-impact commercial priorities and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. You'll be expected to execute on your core role, while actively helping to build structure and process as Carmyn scales. You'll be involved with all stages of the customer journey, from generating new business to supporting new account execution and existing customer inquiries, all while ensuring a strong positive end-to-end customer experience. - this is it. What You'll Do Build a sales pipeline from the ground up by researching target customers to identify high-potential prospects Drive outbound sales efforts through prospective customer outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person channels
- consistently generating qualified opportunities Hold discovery calls to uncover customer needs and qualify their fit for our solutions Create, maintain, and progress sales pipeline within our CRM Partner with local officials to secure permitting approvals for our products Project manage customer installations efficiently to increase speed to revenue Handle inbound inquiries from existing customers, ensuring a high level of service throughout the customer journey Who You Are Adaptable Self-Starter•You operate effectively in an early-stage environment with evolving structure and are comfortable taking initiative without waiting for everything to be defined.

What We Offer Compensation:
