Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to introduce prospective business Partners to our platform, communicate its value, and help them become active, engaged users. This hybrid position combines new Partner acquisition, relationship development, customer success, and basic customer support. Core Responsibilities Contact prospective Partner companies by phone and email using primarily company-provided leads, with some additional prospecting as needed. Introduce the platform, explain its benefits, answer questions, and encourage companies to join and actively participate. Guide new Partners through the registration and onboarding process. Build relationships with prospective, new, and existing Partners to increase engagement and platform usage. Conduct consistent follow-up to move prospective Partners through the development process and support long-term success. Maintain accurate customer records, activities, notes, and follow-up tasks in the company's CRM. Share customer feedback, market observations, and other insights to help improve the platform and overall customer experience. Meet established activity, engagement, and performance goals. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and confident when communicating with business leaders by phone and email. Success-driven, persistent, self-motivated, and proactive. Comfortable making outbound introductory calls and developing new business relationships. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Organized, dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented. Willing and able to accurately document customer interactions, activities, and follow-up tasks in a CRM. Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, achievement-oriented team. Previous experience in sales, customer service, account development, or business development is preferred. College degree preferred, but not required. Additional Information Full-time position with work hours generally falling within normal U.S. business hours to support customers and Partners nationwide. Hybrid or in-office work is preferred; remote candidates will also be considered. Training, tools, resources, and ongoing coaching will be provided. Pay:
$52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
