We're looking for a driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead market growth, develop high-performing sales strategies, and build lasting customer relationships across our region. What You'll Do As Commercial Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue, expanding market share, and leading a successful sales team.
You will:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability goals Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pricing strategies Partner with operations teams to align production, inventory, and customer demand Develop budgets, forecasts, backlog analysis, and action plans to achieve business objectives Evaluate growth opportunities, including market expansion and acquisitions Represent Texas Materials at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings What We're Looking For 5+ years of construction materials or construction-related sales experience Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience analyzing market conditions, pricing, and sales performance Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/customer management tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
