Director of Sales — Luxury Kitchens & Cabinetry Studio Quattro Design Solana Beach Design District | San Diego, CA Full-time | In person The Opportunity Studio Quattro Design represents Veneta Cucine, Sangiacomo, and Tumidei , bringing exceptional Italian kitchens, closets, cabinetry, and furniture systems to Southern California. Veneta Cucine has been the #1 Italian Kitchen cabinetry for over 10 years and sold nearly half a billion dollars of cabinetry in 2025. We're poised to have explosive growth in the US with their support. We are looking for a Director of Sales who knows how to turn premium products into predictable revenue . You won't simply manage incoming leads. You will ultimately own the sales process, build valuable trade relationships, recruit outside representatives, and create a sales organization capable of supporting five showrooms. If you know how to sell high-ticket solutions, follow up relentlessly, protect margins, and build a team that performs, this role offers uncapped substantial income and a clear leadership path. What You'll Own The complete sales process—from initial inquiry through signed contract and deposit Revenue, gross margin, conversion rate, pipeline value, and sales-cycle targets High-value showroom consultations and product presentations Lead qualification, follow-up, objection handling, negotiation, and closing Relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and luxury real estate professionals Referral, trade, and strategic partnership channels Recruitment, training, and management of outside sales representatives Sales scripts, follow-up systems, scorecards, and team accountability CRM accuracy, pipeline forecasting, and next-action discipline Coordination of estimates and proposals with the design team Clean handoffs of sold projects to design and operations Client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals Throwing great parties in appreciation of our Cedros Design community, partners, and customers What Success Looks Like Qualified leads receive fast, consistent follow-up. The CRM accurately reflects every opportunity and next step. Conversion rates, project values, and margins steadily improve. Trade relationships generate predictable referral business. Outside sales representatives meet clear performance standards. Clients understand the value of the product and feel confident moving forward. Sold projects transition smoothly into design and production. Required Qualifications Native English speaking proficiency Minimum five years of successful high-ticket sales experience Experience selling kitchens, cabinetry, luxury interiors, construction, home improvement, or comparable products and services A love for game: outside sales activities, cold calling, door knocking Strong consultative selling, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills A disciplined approach to CRM management and follow-up Ability to build professional referral and trade relationships Experience recruiting or managing sales representatives Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and accountability Confidence working toward measurable revenue, margin, and conversion targets Preferred Qualifications Understanding of Alex Hormozi's and Sabri Suby's methodologies , including value creation, compelling offers, lead qualification, structured follow-up, objection handling, and high-ticket closing Experience selling European kitchens, cabinetry, closets, or furniture Familiarity with Veneta Cucine, Sangiacomo, Tumidei, or similar Italian brands Established relationships with Southern California architects, designers, builders, developers, or luxury real estate professionals Experience selling complex projects with long sales cycles Fluency in Italian or Russian Compensation $50,000 annual base salary +$25,000 annual commission draw = $75,000 Minimum 5%-10% commission on qualifying product sales Expected total annual compensation: $150,000-$225,000 Compensation is performance-driven. Actual earnings will depend on qualifying sales volume and the applicable commission tier. Expected based in historical data and projections.
