Job Description

Equipment Sales ManagerLocation:
Branchburg, NJ (Hybrid)We are seeking a motivated Equipment Sales Manager to develop new business and grow customer relationships within an assigned territory. This individual-contributor role is ideal for a consultative B2B sales professional with experience selling technical or capital equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new equipment sales opportunities.

Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and demonstrations to proposals and closing.

Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, activities, forecasts, and customer information in the CRM/ERP system.

Coordinate with internal service, operations, and other teams to ensure successful installation and customer handoff.

Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional equipment, supplies, software, and services.

Attend customer visits, demonstrations, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications:
3+ years of capital equipment, technical, or consultative B2B sales experience.

Proven ability to prospect, manage long sales cycles, negotiate, and close business.

Strong communication, presentation, organization, and follow-up skills.

Experience using CRM or ERP systems.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.

Bachelor's degree required.

Spanish language skills are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with wide-format printing, cutting, finishing, CNC, sign-making, commercial printing, packaging, or related production equipment is preferred.
