REMOTE WORK FROM HOME

Manage agency base to grow commercial property and casualty product lines, including renewing existing accounts, adding new business, maintaining current agency relationships, and cultivating profitable new agency relationships.

  • Drive new business production to achieve submission, quote, and premium objectives.
  • Prospect new accounts with agents and insureds to achieve specific production objectives.
  • Work with external agency base to renew book of in-force business with a high retention ratio.
  • Liaise between internal underwriters and external agents to qualify sales situations, communicate expectations, deliver sales quotes, and bind business.
  • Handle agency review and analysis by establishing and communicating expectations, measuring actual results versus expectations, and taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Create and develop new marketing ideas and materials to increase sales and educate others about company products.
