Smith is seeking a National Channel Sales Manager to drive growth of our water heating and treatment portfolio across U.S. distributor and channel partners. In this role, you will own national channel strategy, key distributor relationships, and sales execution to achieve aggressive revenue and margin targets. You will analyze markets and performance data, negotiate pricing and programs, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to deliver effective go-to-market plans. This position suits a performance-driven sales leader experienced in manufacturing or industrial B2B channels. Hybrid role with national travel. Responsibilities Develop and execute national channel sales strategy for water heating and treatment products Own key distributor and channel partner relationships across the U. S. Set and achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets by channel and region Negotiate pricing, programs, and contracts with distributors and national accounts Analyze market, competitive, and sales data to optimize channel performance Collaborate with marketing, product management, and operations on go-to-market plans Forecast sales, manage pipelines, and report results to senior leadership Lead channel programs, promotions, and training to drive sell-through Identify and onboard new partners to expand market coverage Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines Required Skills Channel sales strategy National account management B2 B manufacturing sales Distributor relationship management Sales forecasting Contract negotiation Pricing strategy CRM software Sales analytics & reporting Cross-functional collaboration
