Full Job Description Job Description:
Hideaway Assistant Manager Company Overview Epic Mtn is redefining the mountain lifestyle experience across Park City and Canyons Village. Through our locally owned and operated Jackson's Base Camp retail and rental shops and our Jackson's Hideaway private clubs, we deliver best-in-class service, premium gear, and curated social experiences for members and guests. We're building a brand rooted in hospitality, adventure, and community, where every interaction, from ski gear rental and purchases to après at the club, reinforces the quality and warmth of Epic Mtn. Team Overview The Hideaway clubs are the heart of Epic Mtn's hospitality offering. Located slopeside at Park City Mountain Resort (Park City and Canyons Village bases), with reciprocal access across locations, Hideaway gives members a private ski-in/ski-out sanctuary. Our team curates the club experience: concierge-level service, premium lockers, curated food & beverage, and a robust social calendar that brings members together. We're growing quickly, and the Club Assistant Manager role is central to building a thriving community and shaping the Hideaway brand. Job Description We're looking for a dynamic, hospitality-driven leader to join Epic Mtn as one of our Hideaway Club Managers primarily based at the PCMR location. This is a hybrid role spanning sales, member experience, and brand-building. You will own the full membership lifecycle: from generating excitement with prospective members, to ensuring our current members have seamless, high-touch experiences at all Hideaway clubs. You'll also curate and deliver the social calendar, bringing our community to life both on and off the mountain. This is a role for someone who thrives on relationships, storytelling, being part of a winning team, raising the bar higher, and creating memorable experiences with the discipline to drive measurable results in sales and retention. What you'll do & more… Help drive new membership sales through tours, outreach, and relationship-building. Serve as a primary point of contact to ensure exceptional member experiences. Anticipate member needs, resolve issues, and strengthen loyalty. Design and execute a year-round social calendar of events and experiences. Partner with internal teams and local brands to deliver seamless, high-quality events. Support brand presence through websites, newsletters, and social media storytelling. Act as a connector between members, staff, and partners to build community. Collaborate with leadership to shape the next phase of Hideaway's growth. Run daily operations at the club and lead a team of people to make clients days on the slopes seamless. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality, club management, luxury retail, or lifestyle membership sales. Track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. Event management or social programming experience with a high bar for quality. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital) with the ability to connect authentically. Entrepreneurial mindset — scrappy, resourceful, and excited to help build a growing brand. Passion for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain culture. Comfort working evenings, weekends, and peak season schedules. Compensation & Perks $23.00-$27.00 per hour Season Pass reimbursement Employee perks and benefits at Jackson's Base Camp facilities (retail, rentals, club access) and at the mountains where we operate. We are proud of our people-first and community-focused culture, empowering every one of our team members to be their most authentic self and to do their best work to deliver on the promise of a safer world. If you'd like to join our team but feel that you don't quite meet all of the preferred skills, we'd still love to hear why you think you'd be a great addition to our team.
