We help organizations scale efficiently through tailored staffing and transportation solutions. Position Overview The Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new client accounts and expanding existing relationships . This position focuses on selling staffing (temporary and direct hire) and logistics/transportation services , while also helping build and structure a scalable sales program. You'll lead sales efforts, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations, and ensure client needs are met with high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within staffing, logistics, and supply chain sectors Manage and convert a pipeline of warm and cold leads (primarily provided) Drive consistent revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets Client Relationship Management Build, nurture, and retain strong relationships with key client accounts Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling services Sales Program Development & Strategy Develop and implement structured sales processes, outreach strategies, and pipelines Establish sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine approach Team Leadership (as role evolves) Support hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales team members Help build a high-performing sales culture focused on accountability and results Operational Liaison Serve as the bridge between clients and internal recruiting/logistics teams Ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting Monitor KPIs, forecast revenue, and provide regular performance updates Marketing Collaboration Work closely with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts Provide feedback to improve targeting and conversion strategies Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management Experience in staffing, recruiting, logistics, or supply chain sales strongly preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience building or improving sales processes/programs is highly desirable Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage both inbound and outbound sales efforts Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Bilingual in Spanish a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary + high commission earning potential Flexible schedule ( part-time or full-time options ) Opportunity to build and shape the sales function within a growing company Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment Direct impact on company growth and strategic direction Ideal Candidate Entrepreneurial "builder" who thrives in a growth-stage environment Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically Strong closer with a consultative sales approach Comfortable creating structure and improving processes
