Great Fit Proven Closer:
5-8+ years of B2B sales experience with a record of hitting and exceeding quota. You can name the deals, the deal sizes, and the percentage of quota you attained.
Industry Depth:
Direct selling experience in digital media, adtech, or marketing technology, and fluency in how marketers measure performance.
Executive Presence:
You are comfortable running a room and holding a business conversation with VPs, CMOs, and owners — not just gatekeepers.
Hunter Mentality:
Self-directed and relentless about new business. You do not wait for leads or a territory to be handed to you, you decide where the opportunity is and go get it.
Disciplined Operator:
You manage a complex sales cycle end to end, forecast accurately, and keep the CRM clean without being asked.

You raise the bar for the people around you, sharing what works, mentoring newer reps, and helping shape how the team sells.
What You'll Do Generate Vertically-Specific Leads:
Identify and prospect high-value opportunities across verticals such as automotive, travel, and retail — and open new ones where you see demand. Build and execute your own vertical outreach campaigns, leveraging Site Impact's data and marketing tools.
Build & Manage Pipeline:
Create, qualify, and advance a pipeline of high-value opportunities from first contact to signed contract, with accurate forecasting and activity tracking in the CRM.
Close New Logos:
Deliver tailored solution presentations and proposals, negotiate terms, and consistently close net-new revenue against quarterly goals. Sell at the
Top:
Engage senior decision makers directly and structure deals that work for both the client and Site Impact.
Hand Off Cleanly:
Transition closed accounts to Account Management with the documentation and context they need for a strong onboarding.
Inform Strategy:
Bring market and competitive intelligence back to Marketing, Product, and leadership, and help sharpen how we go to market. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 5-8+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with digital media, SaaS, adtech, or marketing technology strongly preferred. Consistent, demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding quota, with specific results you can cite. Experience selling to and negotiating with senior-level decision makers.
