For more details see the "About Us" section. Base Range $175,000 - $235,000 Responsible for the leadership, performance, and growth of the HCM Sales organization, including direct management of Sales Directors and indirect leadership of regional and national sales teams responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and client acquisition. Essential Functions and Primary Duties Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the HCM Sales organization through direct management of Sales Directors, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives, market strategy, and organizational goals. Develop sales strategies, performance expectations, and accountability measures that drive new business generation, client retention, and profitable growth across HCM offerings. Partner with Sales Directors to recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing sales leaders and teams. Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, forecast accuracy, and revenue results to ensure achievement of business objectives. Collaborate with marketing, operations, service delivery, and executive leadership to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities and growth strategies. Drive a performance-oriented sales culture focused on accountability, execution, leadership development, and continuous improvement. Provides strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality delivery of human capital solutions and services. Directly accountable for business segment performance, including operational effectiveness, financial results, resource management, workforce planning, and achievement of organizational objectives. Partners with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that support long-term growth, service excellence, profitability, and business performance. Additional responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed sales organizations through multiple levels of leadership. Extensive experience managing Sales Directors and leading teams responsible for complex consultative sales within Human Capital Management, HR Solutions, Benefits, Payroll, or related professional services. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, sales execution, and market expansion through strategic sales leadership. At least 10 years' experience managing and leading HCM field sales teams Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Over 8 years' experience in area of expertise with increasing complexity At least 10 years' experience managing and leading multiple functions and highly technical staff Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise Demonstrate industry experience; product knowledge, proposal process, underwriting, regulatory trends and presentations skills Proficient use of applicable technology Demonstrate ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Expert knowledge of state and federal legislation and regulations impacting discipline Expertise in managing clients Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills #LI-MV1 #LI-Remote About Us CBIZ, Inc.
