We serve clients across the South Carolina Low Country and Savannah, Georgia area, with a growing footprint as we expand. Position Summary The District Manager oversees security operations, staffing, and client relationships across an assigned district, ensuring services are delivered in line with client contracts and company standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily security operations across all client sites within the district Manage, coach, and evaluate Site Supervisors and security personnel; ensure adequate staffing and coverage Serve as primary point of contact for client relations within the district Ensure post orders and services meet client contract requirements and company policy Participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of district personnel Review and approve employee timesheets and schedules Investigate and respond to incidents and disciplinary matters within the district Track and report on district KPIs (turnover, incidents, staffing, client retention) Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Prior supervisory/management experience in security, law enforcement, or military required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to travel regularly between sites and work flexible hours as needed Equal Employment Opportunity Coastal Security Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
