Oversee pipeline generation activities, including outbound and inbound strategies, lead qualification, and sales forecasting. Monitor key market trends and industry developments to inform sales planning and business decisions. Collaboration & Market Expansion Partner closely with Branch Managers, Department Managers, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and customer needs. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments. Drive go-to-market strategies for existing services, new products, and territories. Customer Satisfaction Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, including executive-level engagement with key accounts. Take prompt action to resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers while identifying opportunities for continued business growth. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of high-performing Sales Managers, Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Sales Representatives. Establish performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster employee engagement, accountability, and collaboration. Promote continuous learning, professional development, and process improvement. Analytics & Reporting Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, KPIs, and revenue goals. Use data and analytics to optimize sales processes, improve win rates, and support decision-making. Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Safety/Hazard Recognition & Elimination Pre-plan and identify methods to eliminate hazards associated with daily work tasks. Demonstrate skill in observing unsafe habits and hazards and bringing them to the attention of others. Uphold safety as the most important goal of the company and support the achievement of zero accidents. Promote and encourage open communication between field and office personnel regarding safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needs. Obtain and maintain all required safety training. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success developing and executing sales strategies in a B2B environment. Experience, Skills & Abilities Positive safety attitude and personal integrity; both are non-negotiable. Background in industrial or electrical sales. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
