Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Center Manager to lead our sales and client engagement initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our business development center, manage a dynamic sales team, and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and exceptional customer service. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-end B2B and retail automotive sales, fostering strong relationships with clients and dealership partners alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our growth trajectory while honing your expertise in automotive industry sales management. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets across passenger car and dealership markets. Develop and execute strategic outbound sales campaigns, including cold calling and outreach to prospective clients. Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation through deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication, upselling, and personalized service. Conduct negotiations with clients and dealership partners to secure favorable terms while maintaining integrity and professionalism. Oversee inventory management, inventory control, and retail math to optimize stock levels and maximize profitability. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, monitor sales performance, and support sales team activities. Deliver engaging public speaking presentations at industry events or client meetings to promote our offerings confidently. Collaborate with the sales support team to provide comprehensive customer service, including explaining automotive financing options. Maintain organized records of all sales activities, reports, and client communications for transparency and continuous improvement. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automotive industry sales with a focus on high-end or passenger vehicle markets. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively in a competitive environment. Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred for diverse client engagement. Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closing while achieving set targets. Experience with dealership operations, inventory management, retail math, and automotive financing options. Skilled in outbound sales techniques such as cold calling combined with exceptional phone etiquette. Leadership capabilities in managing a sales team, providing coaching, motivation, and performance oversight. Proficiency with CRM systems (technically supported) for tracking customer interactions and managing client relationships. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control, retail math calculations, and report generation. Public speaking prowess to confidently present products or company initiatives at events or meetings.
