Job Description

Improve parts sales and product support performance of BOMAG product lines through distribution within the US and Canadian regions. Support BOMAG dealer organization, customers (direct and indirect) and BOMAG field personnel with market awareness, product knowledge and application needs with the objective to improve competency of such products as well as provide a thorough understanding of their competitive positioning to drive retail parts sales, achieve company market share objectives and ultimately provide solutions to retail customer needs. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement parts marketing programs tailored to U.S. and Canadian dealers. Partner with dealers to grow parts sales by identifying opportunities and optimizing inventory and order management. Develop and execute dealer performance improvement programs with the top 20 U3 dealers across North America. Ensure dealer feedback obtained through meetings is managed in a timely and consistent manner. Serve as the primary liaison between dealers and internal departments to facilitate resolution of action items. Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for annual business plans with the top 20 U3 dealers. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Partner with cross-functional departments to achieve shared business objectives. College degree preferred or equivalent experience in business or related area required. Prior experience (min. 5 years) of heavy equipment in a product sales environment (preferably construction applications) Strong verbal and written communication skills Change leadership and creative problem solver, ability to motivate in diverse organization Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment Minimum 75% overnight travel required PIa5d6d9c89ce2-25404-41580041
