Job Description

Conroe, TX | Travel 1/3 of time | Bachelor's degree or higher required Stark Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our inside and outside sales team while developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, manufacturer representatives, and industry partners. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales leader who understands the oil and gas industry and believes that sustainable growth is built on trust, reputation, technical knowledge, and excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will work closely with senior leadership and teams across the company to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and help drive the company's long-term growth. Approximately one-third of the position will involve travel for customer visits, trade shows, industry events, technical presentations, etc. The remaining time will be based at Stark's headquarters and main manufacturing facility in Conroe, Texas. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and motivate the inside and outside sales team. Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers and industry partners. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies. Analyze sales reports, trends, and customer activity to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Represent Stark at trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and technical presentations. Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturer representatives and strategic partners. Support domestic and international business development efforts. Gather customer feedback and communicate opportunities for product, service, and process improvements to leadership. Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations to support customer needs. Support marketing initiatives, sales materials, presentations, and industry outreach. Develop new business while expanding and strengthening existing customer relationships. Help establish a culture focused on accountability, professionalism, customer service, and sustainable long-term growth. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required; Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred. Experience in sales management, business development, or account management. Oil and gas, energy, industrial, or manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Strong leadership and team-development skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical products and applications. Strong analytical and business-development skills. Professional presence and the ability to represent Stark within the industry. Willingness to travel approximately 1/3 of the time, including occasional international travel.
