You will be responsible for driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance, while ensuring that all restaurants operate in accordance with company standards and brand values.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant District Managers Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food quality, and guest service Provide coaching and mentorship to District Managers and General Managers Recruit, hire, and train qualified restaurant staff Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Manage regional budgets and financial performance Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant teams, guests, and local communities
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit operation Proven track record of success in driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction Strong leadership, people development, and communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferable

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position with travel required. The ideal candidate will be available to work some nights and weekends.
