In person; Gulf Freeway, South Houston, TX Essential Duties include but are not limited to: Appraise all Trades, Maintain Used Car Inventory. Work with and supervise Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met Maintain Online Inventory to make sure our vehicles are advertised aggressively! Work directly with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process. Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network. Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales. Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.'s to maximize deal potential. Work with wholesales to purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction, off-lease returns & inter-company Other Duties May be assignedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills Organization and follow-up skills Excellent communication and customer service skills are required Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailRelevant Work Experience & Other Requirements:
Three or more years of previous experience as an Automotive Pre-Owned Sales Director Well-versed in auto, vehicle acquisitions, vehicle appraisals, merchandising, managing the vehicle reconditioning process, managing inventory, and retailing used cars Must meet dealership's requirements for employment, which include a background check and drug screening Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable based on driving record. Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age Must be punctual and reliable.Compensation & Benefits:
