Role Description This is an on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Southlake, TX. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and leading a team of sales associates. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be required to track sales performance, analyze data, and report on sales metrics. This role is expected to work 30-35 hours a week. What You'll Do:

Customer Experience:

You'll ensure every client receives a superior experience, from the moment they walk into the end of their session. Your role is critical in making sure our clients feel welcome, comfortable, and excited about their wellness journey.

Educate:

Share your knowledge of our wellness services, such as infrared saunas, cryotherapy, and IV drips, and guide clients to find the treatments that best fit their health goals.

Lead and Coach:

Build and mentor a high-performing team of Wellness Associates. Your leadership will inspire them to provide outstanding service and maintain the positive energy that Degree Wellness is known for.

Sales & Financial Responsibility:

You'll manage the studio's sales efforts, focusing on membership retention and growth, and have full P&L responsibility for your location.

Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the studio, including staffing, sales, customer service, marketing initiatives, and equipment maintenance. You'll also manage partnerships and coordinate private wellness events.

Leadership Experience:

2+ years of experience in retail or the health/wellness/fitness industry, with at least 1 year in a managerial role. We're looking for someone who can inspire and lead a team, but we're also open to training the right candidate.

Sales & Marketing Skills:

Prior experience with membership sales, social media marketing, and partnership development is preferred. Your ability to communicate the value of our services and maintain strong client relationships will be key to your success.

Tech Savvy:

Experience with Excel, Word, and CRM systems like Mindbody is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate. Why Degree Wellness?
