Job Description

Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here An established hospitality group in the North Houston / Woodlands area is looking to add a driven sales professional to oversee revenue efforts for two select-service hotel properties. This position will focus heavily on business transient travel, local corporate partnerships, and group opportunities while helping expand visibility and market presence for both hotels. This is not a desk-only sales role. The ideal candidate enjoys networking, prospecting, visiting local businesses, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities throughout the market.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary in the $60K-$68K range

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate revenue through corporate, BT, and small group business
  • Build new relationships with local companies and maintain existing accounts
  • Conduct client visits, networking meetings, and property tours
  • Create and implement strategic sales initiatives for both hotels
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership opportunities
  • Monitor production reports and uncover new market opportunities
  • Collaborate with hotel operations teams to maximize guest satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain a strong presence within the local business community
Preferred Background:
  • Previous hotel sales or hospitality business development experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven prospecting ability
  • Experience managing corporate and negotiated rate accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with hotel CRM/sales systems and Microsoft Office
