Primarily in field, territory goes from Tremonton to Provo, and includes Park City and Tooele areas. Job Summary This job is strictly dedicated to generating sales for our disaster remediation services, primarily through building relationships and networking within different segments of the industry. This includes making 10-15 visits daily to the people in your assigned vertical (insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, etc). These visits include dropping off gifts, taking people to lunch, and otherwise doing whatever necessary to build relationships and win jobs. Supervisory Responsibilities
- The right candidate could grow into a sales/supervisory role if the sales team and effort grew over time. But at original hiring, they aren't supervising anyone, just attending to their our job responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities
- 10-15 visits daily (M-F)
- Over time, create a pool of 250-350 contacts that are visited every 4-6 weeks
- Build relationships with these contacts, drop off goodies, educate them on our services and build trust that leads to jobs when their clients have disaster remediation needs.
- Starting out with simple visits is fine, but over time these need to turn into strategic contacts and efforts that have high potential to land us a job.
- Work with the operations team when leads come to you, and help ensure all parties are communicated with as appropriate.
- Provide updates to the referring parties and reward them for their loyalty to us.
- Help resolve issues as they arise Qualifications
- Must be a people person, someone who is energized by networking with people all day, not someone is drained by it.
- Prior B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Strongly prefer people who already have a solid book of contacts (insurance agents, property managers, plumbers) in a related industry such as cleaning services, roofing, trash/recycling, automotive glass replacement, etc.

Salary:
$50,000 - $70,000 plus a generous commission plan
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
