Job Description

About the Role We're looking for an experienced, driven, and hands-on Head of Sales to lead our sales organization into its next stage of growth. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to build strong relationships, develop a high-performing sales team, create accountability around goals, and turn strategy into measurable revenue growth. The right person will be both a leader and a builder. You'll own the sales strategy and revenue plan while staying close enough to the business to understand our customers, support key opportunities, coach the team, and identify new ways to grow. If you love building teams, developing people, winning business, and creating sales systems that actually work, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Own Lead the overall sales strategy and execution to achieve company revenue and growth goals. Develop clear sales targets, KPIs, forecasts, and accountability across the sales organization. Coach, develop, and motivate the sales team to consistently improve performance. Build a strong, repeatable sales process from prospecting and qualification through closing and account growth. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable revenue forecasting to company leadership. Work directly on strategic accounts, high-value opportunities, and key customer relationships. Identify new customers, markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities. Develop compensation structures, incentives, territories, and performance expectations that support company goals. Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and company leadership to align sales efforts with the broader business. Use sales data and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Recruit and onboard additional sales talent as the organization grows. Build a sales culture centered around ownership, consistency, customer relationships, and results. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading and growing a successful sales organization. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Experience managing, coaching, and developing salespeople. Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, and sales performance. Ability to develop strategy while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and execute. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong business judgment and the ability to make decisions using both data and experience. Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can move quickly. Highly accountable, organized, competitive, and results-oriented. Experience with CRM and modern sales tools. What Success Looks Like In this role, success isn't simply hitting a monthly number. You'll help build a sales organization capable of producing predictable, sustainable growth. You'll create greater visibility into the pipeline, raise the performance of the sales team, strengthen relationships with key customers, develop new revenue opportunities, and establish the processes and accountability needed to scale. Most importantly, you'll build a team that knows what winning looks like — and has the leadership, tools, and expectations to get there. Why Join Us You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the direction and growth of the company. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a rigid playbook and simply maintain it. We're looking for someone who wants to build, improve, lead, and grow. You'll work closely with company leadership, have meaningful ownership over the sales organization, and play a major role in shaping our next chapter. Make an Impact Beyond Sales At Denik, growth means more than increasing revenue — it creates an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the world. A core part of our mission is helping build schools and support education in communities around the world. As our business grows, so does our ability to contribute to projects that create access to education and opportunity. As Head of Sales, you'll play a direct role in expanding that impact. Every new customer, partnership, and sales milestone helps us grow the business while furthering a mission that goes beyond the products we sell. We're looking for someone who is motivated by ambitious goals and great business results, but who also wants their work to contribute to something bigger. Build the team. Grow the business. Help build schools. Change lives. Ready to Build Something? If you're a sales leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — and you're excited by the opportunity to build a team, grow revenue, and make a measurable impact — we'd love to hear from you.
