Full Job Description Job and Company Overview:
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead all territory responsibilities, from sales and estimating to team management. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to develop a great career with a growing company. We are currently looking for an outgoing individual, eager to own all territory responsibilities and provide customers with an excellent experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to territory growth, ability to effectively manage time, calendar, and be willing to learn, develop, and be open to coaching. The Grout Medic is your solution for any type of tile restoration. We provide re-grouting, re-caulking, tile and grout cleaning and tile replacement services. The Grout Medic team is a nationwide franchise system of independent business owners who provide an alternative to remodeling for their local customers. Bringing Grout & Tile Back to Life!

Duties Overview:
  • Recruit, onboard, manage, and ensure training of technicians performing the work to maintain our high-quality service standards.
  • Manage and develop a territory through prospecting & brand representation
  • Actively seek leads within the community through various channels (i.e. networking groups, realtors, trade contractors, client referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct & create customized onsite project estimates - ensuring accuracy and clearly defined project parameters for all parties
  • Coordinate projects with appropriate parties, schedule and communicate with the customer, manage customer expectations, and ensure customers' satisfaction upon project completion
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
  • Achieve agreed upon sales and production targets and other KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) within benchmarked timeframes
  • Perform administrative responsibilities in a timely manner - Lead follow up, updated work orders, add-on sales options, proposals, customer follow-up, daily job checkups, etc.
  • Provide reports (activity tracking, work plans, and monthly and territory analyses)
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Participate in industry related events and home shows
Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent required. College degree is a plus.
  • Experience in home services/contracting/estimating environment (construction, remodeling, flooring, tile and/or grout)
  • Willing and able to work weekly hours and some Saturdays as required
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong Leadership skills. Management experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal/written skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Acceptable Background check,
Driving Record, and Drug Screen Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Do you have experience in home services/contracting/estimating environment (construction, remodeling, flooring, tile, and/or grout)? Are you willing to work some Saturdays as required?
