Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Assistant Site Manager / Sales Lead to serve as the leader at our high-volume car wash. In this role, you won't just manage operations—you will drive revenue by leading our monthly unlimited membership sales, coaching staff on the front line, and keeping site throughput moving fast and efficiently. This is a hands-on operational and sales leadership position. You will work side-by-side with the Site Manager, participate in daily management check-ins, and undergo structured training. Key Responsibilities1.
Lead by example at the pay stations and vacuum arches, teaching the team how to pitch, overcome objections, and close membership sales.
On-the-Job Sales Coaching:
Conduct ongoing micro-training sessions with line staff to improve guest interaction, upselling, and conversion rates.
Daily Performance Tracking:
Participate in daily check-ins with management to review membership metrics, site throughput, and labor targets. 2. Operational Leadership & Team Productivity Keep the

Maintain a high sense of urgency during rush periods while keeping staff productively engaged during downtime (preventative maintenance, site cleaning, equipment checks).
Equipment & Mechanical Support:

Standards & Image:
Enforce clean, professional appearance standards for all team members and maintain a spotlessly clean site.
What We're Looking ForEssential Qualifications Proven Sales & Management Experience:
2+ years of high-volume management experience in retail, quick-service restaurant (QSR), automotive, or car wash environments. Track Record in
Sales:
Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets, cross-sell services, or grow recurring subscription models.
Self-Motivated Leadership:
Strong internal drive to keep busy without needing constant supervision, while motivating others to do the same.
