Client Relationship Lead Ashburn, VA / Hybrid Public Trust Eligible Blu Omega is seeking a Client Relationship Lead to support a federal program focused on client relationship development and account management within the federal staffing sector. This role operates within a hybrid environment and is responsible for managing client engagement, program performance, and growth initiatives. The position requires experience supporting federal staffing, consulting, or delivery leadership in a mission-driven environment.

Employee must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Responsibilities Develop and execute account growth strategies to deepen current client engagement and establish new relationships Achieve annual growth and headcount expansion goals within assigned accounts Build and maintain relationships with client program managers, contracting officers, executives, and hiring managers Qualify and prioritize new task orders, requisitions, and contract modifications Ensure delivery teams and recruiters are aligned with client expectations and program needs Coach and support clients throughout the contract and delivery lifecycle Conduct regular site visits and consultant check-ins to support retention and engagement Generate leads within accounts and prepare client-facing proposals Market well-qualified candidates proactively to clients and hiring managers Support pricing strategy and margin management to ensure profitability Partner with accounts receivable, finance, and contracts teams to resolve operational issues Track consultant utilization, provide status updates, and manage performance escalations Act as the voice of the client internally to ensure successful outcomes across all engagements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in federal staffing, consulting, or delivery leadership Previous experience managing accounts, delivery performance, and program teams Strong knowledge of federal procurement, program delivery, and staffing models Exceptional communication, client engagement, and team coordination skills Bachelor's degree required Preferred Qualifications Management experience Blu Omega Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage through national providers 401(k) with company match (eligible after 6 months; vesting applies) Company-paid Life and AD&D insurance with additional voluntary options Short-term disability (company-paid) and long-term disability options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with 24/7 confidential support and mental health resources Telehealth and virtual care options available through medical plans Pet insurance, legal services, and identity theft protection options Paid Time Off (PTO) for eligible employees Paid federal holidays for salaried employees Access to wellness programs, discounts, and lifestyle benefits Benefits eligibility and offerings may vary based on role, employment status, and program requirements.
