The Tri-City Chili Peppers are looking for an eager candidate that wants to provide leadership for ticket sales. The Chili Peppers are the HOTTEST team in the Coastal Plain League, a summer wood-bat baseball league with teams in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. As the innovators of Cosmic Baseball, our team plays from mid-May through early August with 30+ home games at Shepherd Stadium in Colonial Heights, VA. We employ a small full-time staff so part-time seasonal employees and interns will perform integral duties and gain valuable professional experience and knowledge. Group Outings Provide leadership for coordinating group outings and ticket sales to groups Complete outbound sales calls to businesses, churches, sports teams, community organizations and nonprofits to schedule group outings Set up meetings with businesses and organizations to build relationships Set appointments with key decision makers in the community to assess the opportunity to develop and grow opportunities Responsible for the growth of existing relationships in order for the client to maximize spend and generate repeat businessUtilize current and crew new group outing packages to meet customer needs Ticket Sales Coordinate and execute ticket sales outreach to potential clients through cold calling, prospecting, referrals from current customers, and meetings Update ticketing platform and CRM with notes regarding customer interactions Visit current customers in game to maintain positive service relationship Attend community events to promote the Chili Peppers and ticket opportunities Overall Be a positive and professional member of the Chili Peppers professional staff Offer ideas to help the organization address new challenges Maintain a professional relationship with interns at all times Be a team player and assist others as need be or asked to We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class. Salary:
