Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to lead regional sales of ground improvement solutions. The role combines commercial leadership with technical understanding to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and deliver sales targets. You will act as the primary customer-facing representative in the territory, align client needs with engineering capabilities, and work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a territory sales strategy for ground improvement products and services to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across geotechnical, civil and construction sectors.

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, contractors, consultants and distributors to secure repeat business.

Provide technical input and support to customers and internal teams on ground improvement methods and product selection during pre-sales and tender phases.

Prepare compelling proposals, quotations and commercial terms; lead commercial negotiations and close contracts.

Collaborate with engineering, project and operations teams to ensure bids are buildable, profitable and meet client specifications.

Conduct site visits and technical meetings to assess project requirements, demonstrate solutions and support installation planning.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings to raise brand profile and generate leads.

QualificationsProven sales experience in ground improvement products or services (required).Strong understanding of ground improvement techniques and applications (required).Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a regional sales territory.

Ability to provide technical sales support and liaise effectively with engineers and site teams.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area and to visit project sites.

Nice to have: Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline.

Nice to have: Experience with sheet pile systems and other geotechnical construction methods.

Nice to have: Demonstrated business development experience and network within construction and infrastructure sectors.
