The role You will grow our business and be the administrative team's regular presence in Virginia. You'll be in the field most days: at our clinics, at employer sites, and in the community. Responsibilities Grow occupational medicine in Virginia by identifying prospects, visiting employers in person, and closing new accounts Oversee occupational medicine group-wide, including West Virginia, and keep existing employers satisfied Manage marketing across all clinics, including coordination with our digital marketing agency, social media, website, and online reviews Plan and attend community events, health fairs, and business gatherings Visit our Virginia clinics routinely as the administrative liaison, connecting clinic staff with leadership and reporting on how each site is running Report regularly on occ med volume, pipeline, marketing results, and employer feedback Qualifications 2+ years in healthcare marketing, business development, or occupational medicine sales Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships with employers and community leaders Working knowledge of digital marketing, or the ability to direct an agency effectively Organized, self-directed, and communicative Valid driver's license; travel across Virginia and occasional West Virginia Based in or near
